I understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. My time is valuable, just like yours. I ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying me of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Each client is allowed one offense, after that if you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: •24 hours or more in advance—no fee •Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked •No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked With love, Chelsey
